Tender number: S03019117GZ0005XM Project Name: China Resources Fengyang County Shimenshan Wind Farm Project Target Section Name: Site Transformer, Combined Neutral Point Equipment Purchase Bidding Contents and Scope: China Resources Fengyang Shimenshan Wind Farm Project 1 set of 35kV station transformers, 1 35kV modular neutral equipment procurement, transportation and service. Main Indicators: Delivery/Duration: 35kV combined neutral grounding equipment and 35kV station transformers are available before May 30, 2018. The specific arrival time shall be subject to written notice. Note: Please refer to the bidding documents for details. The bidding documents shall prevail. Bidder qualification requirements 1. Qualification conditions: Independent legal persons registered in the territory of the People's Republic of China, holding a valid business license; bidders must have an ISO-9000 series of certificates issued by an authoritative organization or equivalent quality assurance system certification .
2. Performance requirements: From January 1, 2014 to the deadline for the submission of tenders, the production of the same type of equipment with 3 or more projects (35kV station transformers, 35kV combined neutral equipment, respectively) will be put into operation, and documents will be provided. 3. Safety requirements: Type test reports for technical products of the same or higher specifications issued by a professional testing organization shall be provided (35 kV station transformers and 35 kV combined neutral point equipment are provided separately).

6. Other requirements: 6.1. The bidder (member unit including the bid of the consortium) does not belong to the untrustworthy person identified in the "Credit China" website () or the government's credit information sharing platform at all levels;
6.2 The bidder will be rejected if he has bad behavior in the past and has serious consequences for the subsidiary of CR Power. Bad behavior includes:
6.2.1. In the process of appraisal and bid evaluation, it has been confirmed that there is illegal or illegal behavior;
6.2.2. Serious breach of contract and major contract disputes occurred during the course of implementation;
6.2.3. After the successful bid, no contract is signed without proper reasons;
6.3. Patent requirements: If the equipment design scheme is patented, the bidder must hold the relevant valid patent certificate and its creative patent evaluation report, or related patent authorization.
6.4. The bidder has not breached any contract in the last three years or has been terminated or made any contract cancelled due to the bidder’s reasons.
6.5. The bidder was not instructed to suspend business, and the property was taken over, frozen and bankrupted.
6.6. This tendering activity does not accept bids for OEM activities.
