The future of energy storage in China

According to the "14th Five-Year Plan" New Energy Storage Development Implementation Plan issued by the National Development and Reform Commission and the National Energy Administration, China will accelerate the high-quality and large-scale development of new energy storage to achieve the goal of carbon peak carbon neutrality and support the construction of a new power system. By 2025, the installed capacity of new energy storage will reach more than 30 million kilowatts, and by 2030, new energy storage will be fully market-oriented and become one of the key supports for carbon peak carbon neutrality in the energy field.
