On November 17th, State Grid Hebei Integrated Energy Co., LTD, Raoyang County People's Government of Hengshui City and Zhejiang Liansheng Hezhong New Energy Co., LTD signed the investment and development Agreement of Centralized energy storage project in Raoyang County of Hengshui City, marking the successful signing of the first "shared energy storage" framework agreement of Hebei South Grid.

The project plans to invest and build centralized energy storage power station in Raoyang County, Hengshui City. The site is planned to be located in Raoyang Wugong Town. The system will be connected to the 110kV side, and the "shared energy storage" power station will be constructed by utilizing existing lines, part of high voltage switchgear and sites. It plans to invest about RMB 400 million in fixed assets. After the completion of the project, wind power, photovoltaic, energy storage and large power grid can be deeply integrated, forming raoyang County scenery storage multi-energy complementary regulation system, realizing the coordinated regulation of source network load and storage, helping to improve the peak and frequency regulation capacity of power grid system, promoting the absorption of renewable energy, and increasing the flexibility of power grid operation.

The signing of this agreement has achieved a breakthrough of "zero" energy storage business of State Grid Hebei Integrated Energy Company, accumulated valuable experience for the ongoing energy storage project in Lingshou County, Shijiazhuang, and established a good brand image of State Grid system in serving regional government energy saving and carbon reduction. During the period of "difference", its Chinese hebei comprehensive energy company will be in continuous innovation and improvement on energy storage business plates, through the "storage + new energy development model," vigorously promote the development of energy storage with new energy, improve power system complement each other in all aid and intelligent adjustment ability, service to the new energy as the main body of the construction of new power system.
